Our 90-day guarantee

We want you to love your piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email us at support@dailystoryhub.com with your order number and we'll send you simple return instructions. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 90 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
