About this piece

Two moulded arms with cushioned pads, joined at a sprung centre so the arms press together against resistance.

A threaded knob at the base adjusts the tension, so you can set it light to begin with and increase it as you get used to the movement.

Used seated or lying down for hip and inner-thigh exercise. Light enough to keep beside a chair.
